Initial consultation
This is our investigation appointment with a detailed history and examination.
Standard fee: $92

Re-activation
If it has been more than 12 months since you have been seen, we will make sure we have all of your history, notes, and any presenting complaints up to date, and may need to do some of our exam or tests again

Report of findings
This is where we will outline the findings of your exam and a tailored plan for you.

Remedial Massage
Our massage therapists will assess and apply a variety of remedial massage techniques to help alleviate muscle stress
30 min: $69
60 min: $97
90 min: $ 145
Please be advised that there is a late cancellation fee for massages cancelled on the day
Treatment visit
Your treatment visit will be based around the chiropractic adjustment.

Health funds
We are a hicaps facility clinic and will process your claims at the time of billing. However each heath fund will reimburse differing amounts based on level of cover, time of year, and other factors. If you require an item code in order to get a quote from your heath fund please reach out to our staff
Enhanced primary care plans are billed up front and we will submit to medicare on your behalf, and reimbursments usually occur within 48 hours.

Payment policy
All accounts must be settled on or before the day of service. It is your payment that allows us to continue to provide the highest level of service, maintain our clinic, and compensate the team. If for any reason you will not be able to honour the financial agreement please speak to our team immediately to avoid misunderstandings.
We have hicaps facilities and allow for on the spot claims with most health funds. These service providers require that payment is made on the day of service and can not be retro-actively applied. If for whatever reason there is a connection issue with your health fund provider, we are not authorised to intervene on your behalf, and you willbe asked to pay the full amount and address the claim directly with your health fund.
Cancellation policy
We have a straightforward cancellation policy for massage therapy:
All cancellations must be made before 8:30am on the day of booking or a fee of $30 will be applied before you can have any other service within our clinic.
If for whatever reason there are matters beyond your control that you feel should exempt you from this fee, please discuss with our practice manager.
For Chiropractic services:
We have a 3 strikes policy with regards to cancellations or no shows.
Strike 1
We get it! Life can get a bit wild, and sometimes even with a reminder you can forget things.
You will not be charged for your first missed appointment or late cancellation.
Strike 2
Ouch, well this is less than ideal, we are sure you have an excellent reason and are super good at saying sorry. We can give you the benefit of the doubt.

Strike 3
Unfortunately, we can’t give you the benefit of the doubt anymore, this seems to be a trend.
